The worst experience of booking online and getting there. I had driven down from Chennai to Coimbatore, reaching around 11pm and was looking forward to a relaxing night. first the location shared in my booking took me to a desolate location, no building, no lights and no roads. I contacted the customer service and was asked to enter the 10 digit booking id - just imaging you are in the call and your booking id is on the phone too.. how do you enter it? After quite I got through to the customer service executive and he in turn got the property manager into the call. the property manager gave new driving directions, leading me to retrace my route by another 8-10kms. When we reached the new destination, the staff there had just one statement 'Sir, no booking '. This is at almost 11-11:15pm. he did not want to call the property manager. SO, call customer service AGAIN. with the booking code entry and was getting of the executive. the hotel staff gets a call from the property manager and all of a sudden rooms are opened up. The room was a 8x10 box with a small bed - but was relatively okay. was so tired by now, we just decided not to escalate then as we had an early morning meeting. this is by far my worst experience I've had wrong rooms, dirty rooms, wrong location and unfriendly staff - but this is a case where all these got rolled into one.

Room outside and painting was good and also parking is spacious but you don’t have anything to but near by also it’s very old room inside no proper bathroom tap and many minus still it’s worth tha money

Break fast not provided and very dirty washroom, I think they not changed bedsheets not changed since they opened.

The property is founded in just a little bit of a distance from the bypass road and the rooms are very good The staff are okay but at the checkout time the cleaning person came and asked for money There was only a little hard feeling bike parking available WiFi available TV available everything is okay except the cleaning staff.
