room are very unhealthy and they didn’t provide bath towel and no bath soap hotel staff is very rude

no water bottles available, no soap or daily essentials available. Rude staff behaviour and suffocating rooms and no ventilation in rooms. Avoid booking here.

Very bad no room is allotted by you to us. And u charge amount also. Refund my money. As we were not secure at that time o, ur arrival was at 1. 00 am night and u didn't confirm our hotel, we hire taxi and for more than 1 hr. We were searching hotel to stay and taxi driver charge us 3000 extra for roaming here and their in night. So we need competition of that money what we spend extra because of you. As we also had ladies with us who is responsible for our safety. Give ans of that we want talk to your higher authority.
