Hotel O New Shanti Hotel

Hotel is located at a distance of 3.5 km from Alopi Devi/Madhaveshwari Shaktipeeth and around 5.5 km from Triveni Sangam. The first Oyo Hotel O New Shanti Hotel where I did not run into issue with respect to payment. Hotel rooms were spacious and the washroom was excellent and was fitted with geyser. Room was neat. You have the convenience of ordering food in the room. I faced one issue though and it was really irritating and this needs to be pointed out so that the management can address this. Everyone in the Hotel O New Shanti Hotel right from the man who picked up the luggage to the man who served tea to the man who served dinner to the man who got us the towels, soap and other utilities were asking for money on the face. The last time I got irritated and said no and the man started creating fuss. This is definitely not professional and Hotel O New Shanti Hotel management needs to address this. I would have given four stars if I didn't face the above situation. I will give three stars. One less for professionalism and one less for location.

I stayed for around 3-4 days here with my family. The stay was very comfortable staff was professional and even the manager had the quality to deal with the customers. The rooms were big enough for 3 persons. The restaurant though was a bit messy but you can order your food in your room and enjoy it. The food quality was decent enough.

I want to the notice of Hotel authority, that your service personnel used to ask tips for every service they rendered. It will harm the reputation of Hotel. Otherwise Hotel is neat and clean and at a very good location.

The property Hotel New Shanti was very good and comfortable. The main issue was of price. Otherwise the owner and the staff was cooperative with me. Prompt service with smile. It is value for money

It was pleasant stay as my train was too much late. My check in time was 12 pm. M. But I entered in Hotel at 2 AM. Hotel staff coordinate well. Overall good.

Close to Station. Various markets are close-by. Good Hotel staff. Power can be a problem during peak summer. Though a local problem. Good service good food.

Room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Lift facility is there. Food also can be ordered. RO water facility is there too. Short and pleasant stay.

My two days stay with family was good. The services were prompt. Food was very good though bit costly. All in all the Hotel is good at this price range.
