No service available as described in booking. Even a water bottle is charged. no complimentary water was there. cleaning is compromised. AC was not working properly.

Dirty rooms with cockroaches worst experience ever the bedsheet was also dirty and the pillow covers where torn

Every thing is Fine it's just that my room doesn't had any table to keep my laptop but except that everything was fine. Though i know other room have there own table as i have stayed there previously. So, i thing they should add tables to every room i guess.

The room was very clean, the staff there behaved very well, the manager was very helpful and the food in the hotel was also very good. The AC and TV were working properly and the room was very clean.

Ac is not working Properly, Fan was not working, No TV is running, when I gave the complain thay said we can't do nothing

Stuffs are not welcomeing at all. Very rude behaviour, particularly receptionist. Dirty bed sheet and towels. I booked 2 rooms with breakfast, they not even bother about it. Once I asked for breakfast they said it's for 2 persons only. But in MMT receipt it's clearly mentioned breakfast for 4 persons. Overall very bad experience ever I had. I will not suggest anyone for this particular hotel.

The place had dirty rooms full of mosquitoes and broken room accessories. Please avoid the place. Disappointed!

Receptionist didn't allow to enter inside after 10PM , So I couldn't even stay in the hotel. I am really disappointed for this and asking for refund

Too dirty. I won’t recommend anyone to use this hotel to stay. Staffs are very rude. I had breakfast included in the rate which they didn’t provide saying it doesn’t show in their system. Bad smells in the rooms throughout.

Average place. Average room. Location is pretty close to Axis mall and Mad Bee Comedy club. Overall I don't have any major complaints.

I booked two room but i was given one room only because it was early morning i had to compromise and stay in that single room. If they couldn’t give me two rooms they should have not taken the money upfront
