The hotel manager was demanding cash from us whereas i had already paid the money

I checked in around 10:30pm. Without prior ph call. So, they don't clean the room. But overall good & peaceful stay in the hotel.

I have chosen this hotel because it is very close to my office. Only 500 mtr. Facility wise ok & room condition also ok. When i checked in the hotel, there were something unusual & immediately attended so this is ok.

Hotel reception is not allowing checking with low price. Their minimum price was 900. So requests to both mm t and hotel be stock in one price. Do not gie make customer a hectic journey. We are booking hotel for pleasant stay not to argue and to call customer car and to wait outside hotel for 30-40 min.

It was very disappointing. They asked for extra charges rs. 900 otherwise they told room will not be given. Also the room was very dirty. The bathroom was also unclean.

Room very small, not cleaned. Doormat, bedsheet dirty. Door handle broken, water pressure very low, bathroom shower not working.

However the restaurant has changed me rs 400 extra at the time of check in

Firstly we booked 4 rooms and yet we were provided with only 3 rooms, the rooms were not that clean and the hotel staffs misbehaved with us.

Room was smelling really bad, also no handwash, no water and nor they have given food from their own kitchen, after ordering food it took more than 2 hours to arrive, and for water they tood 3 hours. Pathatic place to visit

terrible experience hotel staff is so rude and didn't provide room service I stayed 10 days . they didn't provide water in room and said self service. security issue was big concern do not visit as couple . staff guys knocked my door without any reason i was scared

It is a good location. there are good restaurants and bars near it. There is also a market near by which is less than 1 km walking distance. We can catch bus, cab or auto easily as the main road is 50 meters away.

Demanded extra money while checking in. Room was not clean at all.

Pleasant environment, cooperative staff. There are some aspects in which the hotel should look into in order to make the stays of guests more comfortable.
