They asked for extra payment other than the booking amount. And they didn't allot a room. Totally disappointing

On reaching hotel, receptionist asked extra amount (1800 rs. Per day instead of 2750 rs. For 5 days) ! i paid extra amount and stayed for one day. Booked another hotel for rest duration and shifted. Water geyser was not working. Mosquito was there and there was no mosquito repellent available. Extra bed not provided even though room was booked for 3 persons. Blanket were not given as not available. Fridge was available but not working. Tv remote was not available, arranged from another room. Water was leaking from toilet jet spray.

Actually it was so bad that i cancel-led the stay the moment i reached. Also intimated mmt team about the same and refund but still no responce.
