Very Bad Experience of my life . totally scam,room condition very bad ,staff behaviour very bad and poor .

I have not stayed here, I have booked the room and the hotel didn't provide us room due to unavailability of water supply. Room was in bad shape. Staff is also nom cooperative. I left the hotel in 10 mins.

Worst experience!! unhygienic room, bed, bedsheet, blanket and all... rude behaviour of staff...never ever go to this hotel

Booked this place after seeing the photos online, which showed a clean, well-furnished room. In reality, it was a huge letdown. The room was dirty, the shelf was broken, the curtains were stained, the floor hadn't been cleaned, the AC control was broken, and there was no TV despite being shown in the listing. To top it off, when I was checking in, the hotel owner/manager actually told me, "Why did you pay online? You should have paid offline. Now the money goes to MakeMyTrip's pocket, and we don't get anything." Honestly, that comment alone says a lot about the service mindset here. Overall, a disappointing stay. Definitely not worth the money or the misleading presentation.

Third class, ugly & dirty rooms. It's totally opposite as shown in the puctures during booking

I had cancel-led booking and didn’t even stayed there still they charged me not processing my refund hotel is refusing to refund even customer didn’t even stayed there for 10 minutes

Very bad experience this hotel. I'm very disappointed. The hotel extremely dirty and poorly managed the hotel seriously need to evaluate improving general ceanliness. Nobody stay this hotel.

Decompression ( dent) in the central of bed mattress, with troubling spring making of difficult to sleep in room 202. It was all dirty and stinky. I booked with breakfast but had to pay irrationale amount ( rs 110- for 2 vada pav and 3 tea) almost daily for breakfast). Mm t cuatomer care wasn’t able to help when booking was not reflecting at property during check in. Worst hotel experience

Room was very small and its full of cockroaches. I asked the management to change the room but they said all are of same condition.

When i went to book property (hotel) with my family on check in date shocked to know that hotel was closed long back. When contact with concern authority they are going to shift me to another hotel(salt hotel. When went to that hotel that hotel was closed. When contact to authorities after suffering all this for cancellation they take one hour to process my cancellation request. Still i am confused whether they will refund or not. Horrible experience when shared this experience with friends and relatives all laugh at me. Don't know, whether you will help me out for my refund amount of booking

Excellent place to stay. Food was good. Washroom was neat and clean. Will definitely recommend others to visit.
