Super Hotel O P3 Thumkunta

The worst experience i ever had staying at a hotel, the staff member was very rude, unprofessional and actually insensitive. They didn't give me a good room either, I have been to this hotel before, but they gave me a bad room and argued about me booking .

Firstly the hygiene of the property is pathetic, also furniture particularly the beds are creaking, rest was okayish. Genuine submission to the management is to work on the property bathroom , furniture

Very nice, except you have to order food from your side. Nice for 1 night stay, good for people coming for BITS exam

As per the room inclusions mineral water was not available. It was available only through a chargeable basis. Housekeeping was not done everyday. Balance almost all inclusions were there.

1)There is no food option near this property. 2) they don’t give you drinking water as well you have to buy bottlers water. ( biggest drawback ) 3) i stayed for 4 nights. And they didn’t change the bedsheet and towels for 3 days. Last day they changed when i insisted. No toiletries as well. The only thing that works is the AC. There’s no windows in rooms and hence not ventilated. Overall a bad experience.

1. This is not a room in a hotel but a room in a commercial building. It opens out into an under construction space. 2. ⁠The bathroom firings are badly fixed. May come off with the slightest touch. 3. Worst of all, the bathroom stinks. 4. ⁠Vacated it after a one night stay despite a longer booking.

The stay was good. neat and clean. Nearby supermarket restaurants are there. The hotel asks for extra money otherwise they won't allow they said. I booked for 4 Days first. it was per day. After that I wanted to extend and I informed this to them. Then they told don't book give them otherwise if I book in online also they won't allow if it's below 1400. then I paid them extra amount and stayed. this was the issue

Worst experience. Never book stay at this hotel. they make you wait for hours even after your booking is confirmed. they charge more and give pre booked rooms to other for few hours. Staff is very rude and when I wanted to complain about the issue to the supervisor, they asked me to talk to MMT customer care. Rooms are without windows and stinks so badly. waste of money

This hotel has fooled us. We booked 4 AC rooms and when we checked in, they provided us only one AC room and the rest non AC rooms . As we checked in late night we could not argue nor we could look for other alternative, they fooled us.

Book an A/c room and i got a non A/c room. I accepted it because its late night

The hotel was okay, The room was clean and the location was convenient, and the amenities were a bit dated. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown hakimpet
