Super Hotel O Padmavathi Puram Near Railway Station

The hotel didn't have water, towels and worst part is there are rats roaming around. They don't have waiters as well to pick the luggage. No hot water to bath. Everything is worst and I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Finding the hotel location was terrible. The hotel name board something different, I was unable to to connect the hotel reception, though the contact no. was given after the booking, it was connecting to custmer care, which was again pathetic. Room service was also pathetic.

Very poor infra . Old water taps the infra is not maintained. Not good to stay for 4 hours also. No proper check in and check out process also .

The name of the property is different then the booking. Very dirty property. I started to check in on 20th May, and asked about restaurant and breakfast time, to my surprise receptionist inform me that he does not know. The room bed sheet is very dirty, perhaps looks like reused so many time without any washing. Toilet spray gun is broken. Asked manager for another room and again he said all room have same issue. TV was not working. In another half hour, somewhere around 7/8 families came out and start3d complaining about rooms like they seen even big rates in the room. I immediately checked out and booked other hotel nearby.

Its a great place for family to stay. Clean and hygiene room and environment. The hotel in in the main road easily accessible to all things.

Old rooms. Big Rats roaming around. Bad unpleasant smell all over the common areas. Noisy old lift but in working condition thankfully.

Illusion photos shown on property is very old and dirty rooms. Toilet is like public toilets. No hygiene.

no tv,no soap,no drinking water and rooms are also normal. you charged 1500 including breakfast but no breakfast..

This is just okay kind of hotel. There is no water bottle, the towels given is dirty and cannot use. Room is okay only rest nothing is good.

It was a good stay. However expect more cleanliness and room service. And staff was polite and helpful.

The Property is good and all the services are best. All staff member's nature is good. Hotel is at prime location so all the key locations are very near.

Service was not upto the mark. We asked for towels and soaps in the morning and they were provided after repeated reminders in the evening. The lift was very unreliable and used to get stuck in between.
