Terrible experience room not god d washroom not clean not happy all over.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in, i won’t even recommend this hotel to enemy, what else can i say uneducated staff

Service was not good the room was not good, worst service as i ever faced.i did not spend full days there

Bathroom door can't be locked from the room, shower (ceiling) not working (connection broken, i can see cockroaches inside the room and bathroom.

No charged credit card machin, room is no clean, no slippers, blanket is too old, bedsheet is dirty, towel is dirty

The hotel was not so good. There are seepage issue in each room. Moreover there is no geyser in one of the room to have hot water. The towels provided was torn. No toiletry was issued. The staff was fine. Thanks. How do i can claim the discount?

Overall experience was good but little bit washroom was not that clean.

Room was good with a spacious balcony attached to it. Really appreciate the staff for being so helpful to us duringbour stay.

The room was not well maintained and it all looked so nice in photos but in real it looks very shady and cheap hotel to stay in.

Location is good. The staff is very humble and well serviced. Rooms are clean and comfortable. View from room is awesome. Rate are reasonable and pocket friendly.

Room pictures vs actual situation of room is totally different it's a badest/dirtiest hotel of dehradun it's dis-troy my stay in the hotel.

I stayed for 5 days and love their hospitality and service. The management was very good and the staff was very helpful and supportive

The hotel was so dirty that i booked for three nights but didn’t stay for a single night. It was no return so i had to leave without getting anything back. I got sinus attacked because of dirty room.

Love the hospitality. The rooms were also affordable and reasonable. They also offered the facility of room exchange when we had a problem. They also provided food with proper guidance of dehradun places to visit.
