Very very terrible experience

The staff are very rude. Room was not spacious not very dirty. Door lock was not available. No water for the guest. Dirty bedsheets and pillow. It was a horrible experience. I will never recommend anyone to stay there. Very unprofessional behaviour. Highly disappointed.
