Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge

The accommodation is very basic, the rooms are small. Bathroom geyser, the door was not operational. Foods are also very average and procured from outside. During booking due to the payment window issue, two rooms got booked for the same family, which could have been considered by the Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge as payment was to be done at the Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge. But I had to pay for both rooms for two days.

The overall experience with regard to my 24 hour stay was excellent, with personalized care, hygiene maintenance & safety. The location is easily accessible & pollution free with ambient light & clean air. I rate it very high & recommend it for fellow travelers for homely & worry-free stay.

We had booked it from noon, 28th March to 11am, 29th March. We checked in at 7pm though. The bathroom was not cleaned after the previous guests had left. The Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge staff was pretty well behaved. Service was prompt.

Everything was perfect about the Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge, except the location. If anyone wants to come to Kamakhya Station, its difficult to get any transportation from the Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge or they will charge huge.

The staffs were co-operative and responsive. The rooms were nice, neat and clean. The beds were comfy. Only the washrooms could have been better. A slight smell of urine was coming from there. All in all, an excellent stay indeed.

Both Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge and makemytrip need to coordinate with each other. The Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge charge extra charges after online payment was made. That's the only thing disappointed me.

Hotel Prabha is very nearest to Kamakhya Jn.rly.stn, just 200 meters and on AT road near fly over with huge city bus connectivity and 3 km to Kamakhya Mandir bus stop and Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge is ok.

Rooms were great but the room service was poor. Had to carry luggages upto 3rd floor by myself. Also, there was no drinking water facility. Otherwise, it is good enough for one-two nights stay.

Overall good but difficult to reach at Hotel O Prabha Palace Lodge because their is no better vicinity of address.

location wise quite in a perfect place, as it is close by the maligaon bus stand on walking distance, overall my stay was pretty nice, stuffs are good
