Hotel O Prantika Banquet

Very bad quality behavior and irresponsible hotel. I hope you not choice for stay in hotel.

Selected the Prantika Hotel seeing the brand. It was a big mistake. At first the Hotel denied us a late check-in(as the train was delayed by more than 5 hrs) , citing staff limitations although hotel policy does not mention the same. The hotel claims that the hotel has a restaurant. This is a big lie. The restaurant area is being utilised as a drying area of clothes. You have to go more than a KM to have some food. AC unit in the room acted as a blower only with no cooling effect. Toilet fittings were broken. It was a harrowing experience. Even after repeated attempts, could not contact the property to resolve any of the issues. The property is a very poorly maintained property. Regarding the location , the hotel is in a very secluded location very far from the beach. Not all recommended for enjoying a vacation.

The hotel in digha i had booked, when we reached the hotel, they refused to accommodate us. They told us they have stopped business with your company. So much harrasment took place in that moment.

Ac did not work. Check out time given to us at 9:30 to 10:00 am. Tv not working.

The room was very neat and clean. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Foods were also very tasty. Overall there was a peaceful environment. Location was also good with good internet connectivity. No doubt it's a recommend place to stay if anyone come in digha.

Not an impressive location - Nothing to review on Food as the hotel does not have any catering services despite of a functional kitchen - Hygiene though was surprisingle okay - Not a safe space for families to stay. HOTEL PRANTIKA IS LIGHT YEARS AWAY FROM BEING A GUEST FRIENDLY PROPERTY. Will never ever choose such a place an atrociuos place to stay..👎

Stay was excellent however slight far from the sea beach.

the experience was good with hotel prantika at old digha. their services and staffs were very polite and helpful. only problem is its far from main beach and the electricity cut at night for few minutes but its good for long term stay. overall it was very relax-able and very peaceful type place to stay. its good👍we will prefer for own refer to others for this hotel because we liked it.

In the hotel, there is no disturbance. You will freely enjoyed. Distance of the hotel is 1.3 km from the Digha bypass. Overall it's good.

Hotel rooms was clean. Staff was good. Food was good

Incase of electric power off. The only fan will work. 3-4 hours of electricity off. No ac in this summer.

Its a good Hotel with courteous staff and active on the service Side. Though the Hotel is located a little far from the crowd it gives you peace and serene. A proper in house transport facilities pick up and drops to new Digha, old Digha and the other spots would be a benefit to them in the Long run. Best wishes to Hotel Prantika!

All the things are good enough except room service.

Stay is very nice but 1.5 km from Digha beach.

You can hear the sound clearly from next room, apart from this this apartment is okay.

Trip was good. We had fun. But OYO should de-list this property and it's staff. Property manager is very unprofessional and should not helm service oriented responsibilities. Lack of prompt room service and pick up drop facilities are unsatisfactory. People are paying up and should get convenience and service. Prantika property manager, I repeat, should not be in service industry.

This one not a hotel. Rather a banquet hall converted in a hotel. No facilities around. Restaurant not functioning. Rooms are very small in size. Left hotel one day before my booking ends.
