They charged me extra money at the hotel, even though i made 100% payment

They charged me extra money at the hotel, even though i made 100% payment, they gave an excuse that only 50% they received and i have to pay rest of the 50% to get the room. I showed them the booking receipt which mentioned the booking amount and 100% payment, but they did not consider that. They asked me to call makemytrip customer care, which i tried but couldn't make it as the call was going to automatic answering system. I argued that whatever listing you put up based on that i made the reservation and paid all the amount in advanced, but they did not listen. There were other people at the reception with same problem, even they paid extra money, in spite of making full payment in advanced.

Worst place to stay

Poor service. No one listens even after repeated call. Acute shortage of water in bathrooms. Total scarcity. All taps empty. No food menu even after repeated asking. All I could manage was 5 bottles of water from them.
