I have to pay another extra cash of 200 rs to check in to my booked room... I tried contacting customer care but it was of no use ... The customer care executive cannot connect with the hotel manager.... The hotel manager was not picking up the call when the executive was trying to connect.... I have to wait at the reception for almost 1hr and thereafter i paid extra of rs 200 to check in. The customer care executive offered me another property but i was so tired to travel to another property. The already booked property was my convenient place.

The location is good for stay. The property has claimed saying complementary breakfast while booking but there is no provision for food. They clearly denied any food service The property also mentioned about complimentary extended stay upto 2 hours. Non ac room was only provided stating that ac rooms are full.
