Hotel O Raaso inn

First of all they refused to provide me room saying that hotel dont accept booking done through MMT , but after my request they provide me a very dirty room, hotel was dirty , empty bottles of beer and water was scattred in corridor and galary, tv was out of order, no wifi, water was clogged in wash basin, females hair was scattered on floor and bed,fan making terrible noise, linens and towel were dirty and foul smelling, in have visuals of all these shortcomings.and planning to put this matter in consumer forum

Owner of the hotel refused to give accomodation and was not ready to accept the booking done me from mmt putting me in very embracing position and i handled the situation about to call the police. I wonder how the reputed company like mmt have is in alliance with such a third class hotels

had a wonderful experience there , good clean room and washroom . Also their food was tasty and their room service was good

This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I am compelled to share my disappointment with others who may be considering staying at your establishment.
