Super Hotel O Ramapuram Near SRM University

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at this property was deeply disappointing and well below acceptable standards. The first issue was cleanliness. The bed linens appeared used rather than freshly laundered, and shockingly, I discovered used condom packets under the bed. This alone reflects a serious lack of basic housekeeping and hygiene. The facilities were equally poor. The television could not be used properly because the remote did not function, which added to the frustration. The property’s location also felt unsettling — isolated and uncomfortable, especially after dark. Safety was another concern, as the door lock was flimsy and did not provide a sense of security. Reception and service left much to be desired. Communication during the stay was unhelpful, and following check-out, I was repeatedly contacted by phone for no clear reason. This was both unprofessional and intrusive. Overall, this property failed on all the basic expectations of a safe, clean, and comfortable stay. Until significant improvements are made in cleanliness, security, and professionalism, I would strongly recommend that future guests consider alternative accommodations.

the room was not as good as expected. very disappointed.So I am giving a low rating. The AC was very old and was not cooling room.

Hotel Location is very good but the food facility is not available here and services are very bad in this property

We called up on way from airport giving our booking details. We were told that there is no such booking. We called up make my trip and informed but no solution. Money down the drain. Since we had no time to go and get it in writing and we had to rush to SRM for admission formalities , we chose not to go. Next time we will not book any hotel through u and stop booking air tickets also

first of all they didnt allow us to check in because they didnt have any details of confirmed booking. Finally i had . Room didnt have any basic amneties. borken wash basin. Toilets not washed for years. Rooms were dirty i have reported late checkin but d didnt have any info when we reached the venue. staffs were not in normal condition when we reached. Had to spend whole night without sleep.

We loved our time together at this hotel so much. Room was perfect for couples and everything was clean. Staff was always helpful.

Very very worst ever room i booked for my out station trip.No room service, no local language known manager, they managing with small boys from northern states even they do not have courtesy to handle the critical situation . Allotted room AC was not working, very long period unused / closed room was allotted. And the wash room water came very smelly and dirty.Even there was no bucket n mug for bathing no dust bin,i got room changed after argument with non tamil speaking boys. During mid night there was a power failure, there was no back up supply, when asking , that DG set was getting heat when it is on and denied to again switch on the dg set.Around 3.00 AM i could not bear up my temper i forcibly called the property owner i shouted at him again they allotted one temporary bed to sleep until power supply restored even in that room AC water was leaking inside room and started fouling smell emanated inside room.Finally power was restored morning 4.30 AM i went to sleep the total my programme was collapsed due to unrest night. It is requested to remove from your listing of property my sufferings no one should get in future. That property very interior from main road and no eatery or stationery shops are available. Very very worst hotel , i should be compensated suitably by Make my trip organisation.

Hotel location made business meetings easy to reach. Room was basic but met work needs. Staff was helpful.
