Super Hotel O Rane Nagar formerly Shree Mangal Complex

The hotel was nothing like the photos shown online. Rooms were dirty, smelly, full of cockroaches, with stained bedsheets and unclean washroom. Even after multiple complaints, there was no support or action from MakeMyTrip. unhygienic, and completely misrepresented. Avoid at all costs.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and quick I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and value for money. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

terrible stay, there is no booking in entire hotel room, the hotel looks like ghost is staying. there is no light in the reception. 6 gents roaming hear and there. no drinking waters available. plz don't book to anyone. very bad👎👎👎👎👎

They charge water bottle, no hot water in any room, messy n untidy room, ac was not working in any room, no parking. they disturb daily at 5.30 am in morning to take out four wheeler. we were not able to sleep for even one night nicely. worst experience of my life, entire hotel smell so bad, road vehicles sound came whole night. Dont even think to book this worst hotel.

A calm and comfortable environment from start to finish. The experience felt easy and pleasant in every way.

In the app (makemytrip) their was an not real images they don't give Free water bottle (that was mentioned in free items) and their was terrible room service no one is wake up in night and the rooms are not cleaned up 😕

The mattress was perfect and I didn't hear anything the whole night. Slept so well that I skipped breakfast!

The property was not only poor but also terrible. And I am shocked such properties can be registered on MMP without any prior verification. There must be some sort of verification process, that property isn’t for family. I already made same complaint over customer support.

They did not provide drinking water and any toiletries they only provided soap that too after requesting it 3 to 4 times. They were charging extra for water
