the image given in the site and there rooms are completely different. the manager is okay. but they denied me the morning breakfast. no food services available and if given will charge u 600 for full plate of any sabji. sanitation is not proper. the whole propertyalso though it was given that 2 hour before checkin time will not be charged, they still charged me 300 rupess for that. I contacted the helpline and they behaved rudely . The actual owner never picked up her call and the manager denied her any information. she wasand at the end she cut the call causes she was unable to do anything. I am a man and I have seen quite trouble some situations but think if a female who is new to Delhi experienced such thing. No safety was there clients will be especially in a place like delhi. I had to go out to eat in small dhabas.

No control on ac, soap, blanket, towel not provided. Linen is dirty, room full of cigar smoke

the hotel charged rs. 817 extra during check-in. it was decided in conversation with executive that when i email the invoice of rs . 817 which oyo 67086 flagship red rose promised verbally to provide at the time of checkout but at the time of checkout at 1130 am, they told they can only provide invoice by 1 pm. so i told to mail them as it was not feasible to wait till 1 pm. i have been following till phone call but till now invoice has not been shared.

The hotel was not so good and the behaviour of complete staff was very rude and mannerless. The manager was also very mannerless to talk and behave. This hotel is very worst.

There was no staff o attend the visitor. So the guest could not check in. There was not a single drop of water to freshen up. This is the worst hotel ever visited and would never come to it again.

I have stayed around ten nights and i was really surprised by the hospitality and neat and clean room and the staff having high level manner, it was a pleasure stay ever before. As compared to other Oyo, sorry there is no comparison, it was such a positive experience.
