They asked to pay extra 600 after reaching the hotel, no cancellation was available. And also the room was smelling horrible

1.The hotel name on MMT and real hotel name is different. 2. Hotel made me wait 2 hours before letting me check in, even though amount was paid already in advance through MMT. 3. The hotel reception denied talking to OYO or MMT customer care through my phone, neither did they pick up their call. 4. I HAD BOOKED AN AC ROOM, and the room I got didn't have AC. There was AC present in the room, but it was disconnected from main connection. when I asked for the remote, the receptionist kept saying I'll send the remote with someone. Was tired, so I slept and at night, when I asked for remote the third time, another receptionist from the same hotel said that the room didn't have AC at all. After asking for AC room again, the Hotel staff adamantly denied, and said "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. COMPLAINT IN MMT, OYO OR WHEREVER, BUT YOU'RE NOT GONNA GET AC ROOM ANYHOW!"

Average hotel all before reviews comes true.read reviews and book it . It’s not near walking distance to hospital.

I have already raise the ticket and told makemytrip team that i was not allowed to enter the property and taken extra cash for checking. Also the bathroom was not clean no water bottles available no was basin inside the bathroom. When we asked for water bottle they said they do not provide the same. Also there are no restros to have food and they don't even provide glasses cups to have even water.

Hotel was not ready to provide the room despite a confirmed booking. Worst experience ever. Had to book a new hotel again, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Highly disappointed.

Rooms were not clean cobwebs everywhere bathroom was not clean hairs everywhere

Staff behaviour was not at all polite. Dirty bedsheet, no drinking water facility. If you want drinking water you have to pay for it. Very small rooms with broken window. I was expecting better room at this price

The rooms had good ac, bed sheets were also somewhat clean. Overall, it was a good place in cheaper price.

The rooms and stay was good. It is surrounded by loud speakers. Hotel is not serving except rooms. You will not get additional essential things like water bottles brush kit or wardrobe.

500 mtrs to aig hospital. Very good atmosphere on hotel and room is clean, good, all facilities are there.
