Hotel staying facility is good but if you go there after online booking they are not provide any room.

Very good hotel location in main market and staff in good behaviour & support.

worst hotel seen in my life no facilities available

Owner denied check in and very rude behaviour towards their part and no support provided my mmt no refund provided

They charge 300 extra per room at hotel also hotel management/ receptionist not available 24/7 and they show we have everything for your comfort but. Not available in room.

1. location of this hotel is very bad 2.room starting at 2nd floor 3.owner of the hotel is very rude couple 4. Totally not comfortable for gentle family 5 pressure you to pay the total amount before checkin, please do not pay atall 6.very very bad place Lastly my suggestion to everyone please don't prefer atleast Oyo hotel ridhi Sidhi please

Rooms are good, but in a congested area with no good restaurants around. Near to the railway station

OYO service is very bad, I was with my family and I had a lot of trouble.

Many many thanks to the team makemytrip for giving me a line of reply towards the service. I am highly satisfied towards the service that i received ie, bus booking, room booking ect. Through this app. Which is safe for me, especially i think so. Every one may download the app. And do the needful at their end safely. Salute to the team makemytrip for giving me the service. Hope the team makemytrip will serve their duty in near future in the same way.

The staff was corporative. It'd quite a simple stay.

Hotel in gali in electric market indore no lift but nearby hotel ptc(in which we stayed but costly and luxury instead of will when i see this hotel as i choose pay at hotel so not stayed as very poor building q

I have booked for AC room but no AC working they have just hang up the AC on the wall for showcase.No provision of Hotwater and no lift,No room service ,no provision of drinking water in the rooms,no soap,no towel. only 2 boys are handling the hotel with no basic facilitiesI would stickly advice all the customer not to visit his horrible hotel of oyo.

Approach very bad app does not

Not upto the mark hotel. No food facilities, no wifi working, bevihiour is not good washroom is small and no facilities. Overall out of 5 only 1 star

Hygiene is ok ok. And no any toiletry is provided

Hotel owner asked my mom to empty room before time. She also used abusive language.
