groupWe had some serious issues with the hotel. 1- the actual name of the hotel is "route 77" which was not mentioned in the booking which made it difficult to reach there as we were not able find it easily. currently the rooms are extremely bad and different from the images displayed. 3- issues with amenities: a) even water bottles, hand wash, soap etc were not given to us b)after asking multiple times they gave 1 water bottle, 1 soap and shampoo only once. C) we had the stay booked for 2 nights but it was never cleaned. D) the room didn't even have the mirrors installed. Neither in the room nor in the bathroom. We had used our mobiles' front camera to get dressed up. E) even ladliline, closet, hot water, desk, nothing was there. Although in the booking it shows 16+ amenities

The room is very dirty. A lot of mosquitoes, ants and other insects in the room. No staff to clean nothing is available in the hotel. Waste of money. I paid and left. Highly not recommended.
