The hotel manager refused to honor my confirmed online booking made stating that they do not accept online bookings priced below Despite the booking clearly showing , I was compelled to pay after prolonged discussions, and the manager even charged an additional ₹500 without issuing a proper bill or receipt.Furthermore, the condition of the room was highly unsatisfactory. The room was not clean, there was a persistent foul odor, and the bed was infested with bugs, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. The overall experience was disappointing and far below acceptable hospitality standards

At the reception. He denied to accept booking he want extra charges. we have to pay 2 times 400/- extra amount

when I reached the hotel, I was asked to pay extra money. They demanded that I should pay money otherwise I won't get a room. There was a bed bug and cockroach everywhere. I can see that someone made a wall dirty and it was never cleaned.

Bad smell, Damped room, bathroom Every corner wad having black spot, bed bugs and cockroaches were there. This was really very bad experience

I booked this hotel based on the photos, but the reality was completely different. The room looked nothing like what was shown online it was poorly maintained and in a state of disrepair. The walls were chipped, furniture was old and worn out, and overall, the room felt neglected. The biggest issue was the washroom it was dirty, with stained fixtures and an unpleasant smell.

asking extra money after reaching there. Behaviour is very rude and bad. looks like money minded people, bed was broken, bathroom was terrible. no water in flush tank

hotel people asked as extra amount of Rs 200/- and paid apart from booking amount. AC not worked at entire night, horrible and terrible stay, pls see that to refund 200 ruppes

Initial denied check-in, non- working AC, bed bugs, very dirty rooms. No proper ventilation if AC is not working. No check-in assurance even after pre-book and prepaid

The bed had so many insects and washroom was even i cant say i cant even step into the washroom and there is no ventilation even a single window.

As a business traveler, i appreciated the efficient business center. I needed for a productive work stay.

The room was clean and the staff were lovely.

Ok for solo traveller. Smoking zone is the big concern and no near buy restaurants to chill and lot of noise as metro wok is going behind these property

The room (101) was a disaster, to begin with. It was hardly a room - more of a glass covered balcony or a verandah - draped with ungainly curtains. The bed sheets were dull - and as we discovered to our utter shock at midnight - infested with bed bugs! after a lot of protests, the manager did change our room to 201, but even that room wasn't any different. I never expected rooms booked through mm t to have bedbugs! talking about 'pros, the staff wasn't at all rude. And was highly apologetic, but helpless.

Fantastic rooms! the amenities were great. Great place to stay.

It was good. The service was nice and clean rooms were there. Although the hotel staff denied ac at first but later they agreed after we had a word with the authorities.

Just an ordinary hotel with minimum facilities. Bathrooms has to be more cleaner and same is with the bed as well

I found this location good & food services in the area quite good. Staff was good and treated us well.

There are no ventilation, room in temperature is hot, no room service, lift is not working, no maintenance.
