Never book this hotel we you don’t want to regret

Worst experience ever do not book this hotel, staff is soo rude, no proper response, and it does not have any amenity which shows while the time of booking, I hade booked for my parents so that they don’t need to hassle there but surprise they had to experience such a bad thing, rooms are so dirty no maintenance, no locks for the door when it was asked what is something wrong happened their response was we have cctv wow come on we will be travelling with our limited luggage for small trips you can’t even afford a lock to the doors, im not going to book this hotel in my entire life shame on you guys fucking liars.

Hotel owner is very cruel man he switch off ac point after 11pm i suffer whole night. Nobody will advice to book this hotel i think it should be black listed. I paid 1500rs for third class room

When we went for the check in. The recpetionist denied to let us in and he asked for extra 600 rupees than the booked amount. We negleted to pay the extra money and he made us wait for ever. Then i called to mmt customer care and complained. Then they told they ll add the money and tell the receptionist. But he denied again. As i was travel-ling back to kerala. I had to waste more than 45 min there. And later they let us in. Am really disappointed withe service
