Hotel O Ruby Grand Inn Nallagandla

Booked ac room but the reception said we can't give u ac room in this price and argued with me and at last due to the constraints I had to take non-ac room.

must not include such worst hotels , this for the 1st time I’m experiencing a nightmare, room is worst, no facilities were given as mentioned in booking , bed is full of bedbugs, no cleaning no listening also. Please terminate such hotels from service

I checked in this hotel. First of all they denied me check in saying that there was no reservation in my name. Then after staying in the call for over an hour I got the room with No AC, fridge and hair dryer. The room was very dirty with cigarette lying in the bathroom. The bedsheet was super dirty.

Worst hotel i have never seen in mu life. No tv, no higeine. Washroom is terrible. Checked in at 3pm checked out at 5pm due to this reason.

Once reach hotel no booking found. They demanded 300rs extra. Very dirty bedsheets. Not to recommend to stay this hotel. Finally 200rs paid extra for check in

Its good for couple matienance was good but very far from the city lift available geyser is small but hot water 24/7

Room is not clean and wash basin is full of water no maintanence at all.

The hotel demanded extra money for stay, and customer service is bad. The hotel changed rates when i came to checkin

No ac and no tv additional amount was requested. Mm t need to revisit and agree with hotel management on policies

Overall experience was good but they charged 400 extra for the room i have booked

The experience is good. But i couldn't avail the reservation that i made via make my trip. The reservation was not showing in the app even though i had the booking id and pnr. Had to re-book giving extra amount.
