After booking he was not willing to give rooms only after he received the required amount he gave the room the charges he asked was superficial as per the condition of room teared bed sheet dirty towel TV not working ac noisy sound etc

Charging extras money no ac and tv working. Worse hotel i ever seen remove it from mmt

They charged 500 extra to give me a room, then what is the benifit of booking room from make my trip, if i have to give extra money

Very bad experience. When i reach hotel they ask me 400 rs extra. And also makemy trip representative not supported. And he told me i will call you after 45 min. So i had give 400 rs to hotel. And late night after 1 am received call will revert your 400 rs. But still not received.

Rude & unruly staff with below average cleanliness. Not at all recommended for stay as they demand extra money even after booking voucher submission.

Location is easily accessible, you can use any local transport from anywhere in the city.

Terrible

Location of the hotel is very good as it is on the main road next to sg highway. There is a metro train station and a shopping mall around 500 metres away from this place. There are some decent cafes, restaurant at the next road to this hotel. Stay is bad, rooms are quite old and not maintained. Wall paint is coming off from walls, floors are not wiped properly. Bed linens are old and dirty. The furniture had dirt on it amd torn, broken at some places. While checking in, they will ask for extra payment saying only takes booking charges, the rest has to be paid in person while checking in. So clarify this before booking, i missed out on doing this and ended up paying rs. 1500 more than what i had booked. The staff is decent enough. I did not try their food so no comments on it.

I booked this hotel from mm t with 2 rooms for 4 people to stay 2 days and a total of 2550 pay in mmt, but when i reached for check in, the manager said that you will pay 2100 more to stay. Either you can't stay. He said his tariff is 1500 per room per night. So we don't allow this total amount of your booking. You must pay 2100 for staying. Either you will stay for 1 day only. I also call in customer care of mmt. But not responding to anyone positive response. After all i was paid 2100 to stay. A very bad experience.

Serve water with used water bottle. Room picture on website and the actual hotel room was totally different. Bed, blanket and towel was dusty, not proper clean. Door lock not work properly and not family hotel. Beside the room some pg type room there. Can’t recommend for family hotel.
