Initially itself, Oyo executive was demanding money for check in, more than 30 min call with customer care only allowed the check in. Thanks to customer care, for the support. Rooms were new, but not cleaned, even drinking water was not available, asked the Oyo executive, they didn't provide. Totally unsafe situation created Oyo executive. Stayed many Oyo rooms, this is the bad experience for the first time.
