Maintained washrooms more clean

Excellent rooms and well maintained bathrooms , pleasent atmospher, nearby to benz circle and any public transportation, well mannered staff, but the nagitive was not working hot water hotel , please add the tiffin also it's to be more then comfort for customers who has stayed In ur hotel

Had experienced a great solo stay here. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Loved my solo experience!

When i booking time amount shows a for two persons. Then i canged the no of persons 2 to 3 amount was changed to around 1600/- and demanded extra amount for 3rd bed. I asked for refund. The refused for that and advised . There has no option to. At sametime one cybercrime person involved in the mater and asked to show the payment card in whatsapp call for refund. I show that. It's a credit card. Ones again he asked deferent account card. At that time I suspected. The bed also not clean. They didn't change the bedsheets also. Worst experience. Next time onwards i don't book 😡

The staff was welcoming. I got there a little later than my booking time, but they were swift in checking me in. The room was well clean and so were the bed linens. They were a little late in clearing the bins.

The room was clean ,but the washroom is not up to the mark, water was so dirty just like a mud water also informed to the property, no locking for bathroom doors

Hi the stay in the hotel was good, behavior of staff is good and helping.

The stay is decent for the cost we paid. Service is good but the overall maintainance and amenities could be better
