dear concern, we all already visited the hotel, but the hotel management will not support and given, as per his concern that there is no booking in the name of yours, Sir we got very embarrassed by the situation, now I need the booking refund as I have to pay there with double ammount, so u understand how much we facing a bad experience there. pls do the needful requirement. thanks & regards, Shailesh vihol

Hotel was on 2nd floor and lift was not there. Bed sheet & pillow cover were dirty. I gave my dinner order at 10 pm and the hotel boy kept us waiting till 12am n after that he said the delivery boy went to his home. So you won't get dinner.
