Very good Hotel O Sai Swastik according to location, hassle-free check-in as a couple, room size was very good and neat and clean, I feel like deluxe room, little disappointed for room service, no communication to receptionist and housekeeping for room service because of intercom not working, tv was also not working half of the of day of I check-in, one more problem of the Hotel O Sai Swastik is not allowed out Side food in Hotel O Sai Swastik and Hotel O Sai Swastik restaurant was closed for 3 days when I check-in. But overall is good stay for me at this Hotel O Sai Swastik.

Located very near to Rajmahal flyover and close to the station. Rooms are spacious and clean and staff helpful. Food is freshly cooked, though breakfast is served very late, around 8:30 am which is inconvenient, and no food is served in the room. Also, the Hotel O Sai Swastik insisted on signing out when moving out for work in the morning and signing in while returning in the evening, which I found quite strange. Overall recommended for business travelers.

A clean budget Hotel O Sai Swastik with very helpful staff. Good food. Had some issues with the wi-fi. However a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Will surely recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Everything is very good except checking of lighting, toilet wall repainting etc. All staff are well behaved above all the lady receptionist is exceptional. Recommend for couple.
