Super Hotel O Sai Swastik

The stay is very good, neat and clean, the day I stayed the canteen was closed so there was a little problem with the food but otherwise everything was good.

Basic things like towel, soap, handwash and housekeeping are not in room and even not hygiene maintain.

the hotel is so dirty ...and toilet 🚽 like public toilet..no hygien..overall experience very bad.Ac was not worked i complain 2times but no one listens..

It was nice experience. For train ticket it was good experience

Room condition was very poor, AC was broken and not functioning properly, Water problem, Food was very bad, Broken bed, very bad experience

Room was not clean and terrible. Even though staff were good but bed is not good for sleeping. Bathroom also not properly clean.

The hotel is not as shown in the photo, it is an average hotel and there is no provision for hot water

Room was bit old and washroom not clean as compare to other property and i would recommend not value for money. No photos

Starting from rude behaviour of staff to worst and unhygienic room condition. Overall experience was terrible. On arrival the reception staff threatened to cancel the booking and opt for another booking. No mirror in washroom no bed switch for fan and light. Pillows were stinky and mattress also. Even the denied for extra mattress and even pillow. Mm t must take strict action against these culprits.

The rooms were in such bad condition. Too much dirty. The staff are very unprofessional. Ask for more money.

The hotel is pathetic. There are stains everywhere, from the walls, bed sheets, wardrobes etc. Stinky and dirty i felt nauseated living there. Even the door mats haven't been cleaned in years.

Room not so much clean as your rate and the bathroom also not so clean and bugs and cockroch are seen some area. Avarage

Faced problems while check in

Hotel is good as per its price. But, all are advised not to book hotel under OYO as initially the hotel denied checkin. The tie up with OYO is not there. Thanks to the prompt response by team MMT, the hotel allowed checkin later on. MAKEMY TRIP SUOULD NOT ALLOW BOOKING FOR OYO HOTELS AS IT HAMPER THE MMT BRAND IMAGE.

I haven't stayed in this hotel be z they don't accept booking through make my trip. Please return my money to my account

When we book the hotel breakfast fast are included in these prices but breakfast not given by hotel

Very dirty rooms. Dirty towels. No extra bed for children. Very dirty maintains. Not ideal for families.
