I booked a room with breakfast on mm t and pay for it also, in morning when i asked for complimentary breakfast, Hotel O SAMANTA staff says that there is no breakfast included, i show my voucher still they didn't convince, asked to call mm t customer care, when i talk to customer executive, that person said we are sorry, will give voucher instead of breakfast. Never expect such behavior with mmt, they showing something while booking and actually situation was different. Don't pay immediately after booking, firstly confirm it at Hotel O SAMANTA that they are providing itinerary or not.

It was a good experience. Rooms were cleaned and good facilities available. Only one thing was not good is wifi speed please improve it. And please put one name plate of Hotel O SAMANTA in front of building do that visitors will not face trouble.

The stay in this property is always wonderful. They will cook food as per your choice n taste and the staff behaviour are really cool. The owner n the entire staff are ready to help you out in any situation.
