the location of the hotel was very far from the main road and when I entered the hotel, receptionist asked me for extra money she was giving me a very small room, i was very disappointed I didn't stay there I booked another room in different hotel, the hotel was also at very isolation location

The hotel is locates in a prime area with close connectivity to nearby business district. They serve complimentary breakfast with tea which is totally worth it. Though not very fluent in english, they make it up with their warm hospitality and geniune care. Ola/ uber are available at doorstep. Bathrooms were clean and continuous hot water supply.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre"

Guys, never make a booking on this property, they always ask for more money. Just not worth it such average rooms and no drinking water facility.

Make my trip confirmed the booking and i paid it fully in advance. When i reached the property at 11 pm with my family they denied the check in. When i contacted make my trip their executive behaved badly and tried to provide me with their rude behaviour. At-least i booked a room in the same property and again paid for the booking. Because it was midnight and unable to move for somewhere with my family. Make my trip didn't refund me the amount i paid in advance. And it is a clear case of cheating.

Terrible

This property accepts booking and when customer visit the place they deny check in citing low booking amount . This property owner, harass customers until they pay extra amount and if customer don’t pay extra these ppl ask to seek for another location to stay and ask customs to cancel booking on their own.

Price was different than actual price and they didn't even tried to understand so we paid extra price

Main do room booking kiya tha or meri family jab hotel par gai thi to hotel reaction ne kaha ke itne kama me hum booking nahi kart e hai or mere do room ki booking ke beadle me meri family ko ek room diya gaya meri family ne baht problem face ki room ki waja se don't booked this hotel

I book deluxe room but hotel not provide deluxe room hotel provide very small room. i booked breakfast but hotel not provide breakfast i pay all ready breakfast charge not available. breakfast and my money is waste, this hotel staff is very rudely talk. i book hotel 2 day but hotel hotel not service good that i leave 12 hr only this hotel waste of money.
