At the time of check in they changed rs. 450 extra for water, and there was no water in the morning.

Very bad service 1)they ask me to book offline, 2) there is no water in room 3) even there is soap in room i went personally n bought the soap, 4) there is many rooms vacate in 1st n 2nd floor but they given me in third floor,

The room hygiene was not good, bed sheets are not properly replaced. There was a stuffy smell inside the room. We had 3 rooms booked, for allotting all in one floor they got additional 400. No water at room, for towel also we had to ask

I need only for two hours for one of my office meeting and the hotel has charged me additional amount

Check in not allowed, request for extra payment. I paid finally rs. 200. No a/c, no mirror and toilet flushing system is not working.

In that hote they show in image very big room and wahsroom and ac room and we reached there that is a small hotel samll room everything small and not clean properly washroom bed sheets all itmes. We book a room but they asked extra amount 400 for ac. There is not secure for couples.

Check in was initially refused. The rooms were shabby and unkempt.

The place is very easy to reach out to. They have updated their contact information online and get in touch very easily. This adds to the reliability of the place.

Booked an ac room but was only offered non-ac. The bed was not cleaned and the room had a large amount of ants. The toilet seat was dirty with poss stains.

The hotel is the fantastic option if you have kids traveling with you, and the staff is friendly and understanding of their needs.
