Hotel O Shiva Shakthi Inn

Not good at all , no staff to curry our luggage. No AC , no TV , room were dirty , bathroom was smelling and have cigarette buds over floor . I don’t recommend anyone . Thanks

Their is no proper maintenance, their where lots of cockroachs and mosquitos. Their is no hot water to take bath. Overall it was average to stay.

I have not stayed in the hotel the hotel maintanence is very bad and without staying in the hotel also they charged 80 percent what i have paid this is the worst experience i have ever had in my life

Location was lit, right in the thick of things, so i could bounce around easy.

Worst ever maintenance. Not clean at any corner anything. Its looking like a dumpyard. Just vista and walkout away. We were not stayed there.

As i enter the room it started stinging it was not at all clean the bathroom lock was also destroyed beds and bedshits were satin-ed very bad experience

The bedside table, bathroom door were broken. There was no provision of toiletries. The room reeked of cigarettes. Although i stayed in the room only for a day, i ended up coughing for days after that because of the situation. I am not sure if the smoke came from other rooms or the room itself wasn’t cleaned after its previous occupant.

This place offers great value for money! we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service.

I was charged extra other then the full booking amount mentioned in the bill this is the second time I have faced this kind of issue with my booking I kept on calling but was not entertained by your customer care as it was continously found bsy there is no facility like tea coffee kettle or restaurant dining area in the hotel only a bottle of water is what you get cockroaches in the room the wardrobe was broken and unhygienic and pillow were disgusting broken and covers were dirty it's I would not recommend any decent people to stay there
