Hotel O Shree Ji Puram Near Prem Mandir

Hotel room was dirty, wash basin soap not provided, salty water ,can't gargle with salty water, toilet was having foul smell, no drinking water provided, balcony was dirty ,not cleaned as if for many days. Breakfast asked for paratha ,was given kachori from a shop on roadside. No tea/coffee arrangement. Location was too bad , difficult to get conveyance to all temples.

Rooms are very bad and too much dirty .facilities are nothing

the room was not clean and there was some weird smell. bathroom/toilet was very bad and I informed on reception and they ignored my request to clean the bathroom.

Loction is very bed . Not like 3 star hotel. No lift , main road fully filed by water 💦 🥲

room was stinking of gutkha so strong like if you entered a gutkha factory. even after spraying room freshner it won't go. same for the toilet it was dirty and rusty fittings. The water was hard like see water and even tasted salty don't know how.

Everything was good but the lock of the window was broken which was attached to the balcony and 2 rooms share same balcony so i was not feeling secured about my goods

Nice property with clean rooms. All new electrical appliances installed like AC, TV and Geyser etc.

no proper water supply, taps are not functioning well, room are not well organised, air conditioning n wifi r also not functional no mirror in room

though this hotel show near to prem mandir but but hotel is in pathetic location with drain water all over the road, not recommended to book this hotel because you won't be able to come directly to hotel, diesel and CNG vehicle will not go beyond barricade of prem mandir and you have to get E-rickshaw with sky touching prices. I and my wife reached early to hotel due to rain , receptionist is a teenager who is rude and charges extra for early or late hours. After allocation of room, we found that bedsheet was not changed but just arranged, toilet roof had water leakage and current on washroom walls. after complaining got another room which had same cleaning standards but washroom door was not lockable, dusty floor. The hotel's location is not ideal, especially during the rainy season. The area around the hotel is quite dark, and the services are definitely not up to par. Essential items like a dressing mirror, telephone, and chair are missing from the rooms. Furthermore, there are no dining options available near the hotel.

First of all i didn’t stayed there because place was terrible dirty and full of bad smell along with dirty bedsheets and slippery floor.

Came here alone to rest and recharge. Room was quiet and staff gave me the space I needed to heal.

Staff knew about historical sites good for solo visits. Room was a great base for my educational travels.
