Hotel O Shri Sai Niwara Lodge

The room of the hotel is very bad with no facilty, inf-act no washroom facility, no water facility. During our booking we have booked classic room but at the time of checkin they are not aware of that and responding room is not available in fact our booking is done. Very bad experience.

A/c not working, not attended, regulator of the fan not working, not attended. Bathing towels, soap not provided. No positive response for any complaints. Not at all a comfortable stay.

Hotel manager can’t accepted booking i am pay extra charges mean new booking for at hotel and stay there. Its very bad services immediately refund my money

I had booked the hotel at 8.40 pm and due to traffic problem I got late. I reached there at 1.30 am. The guy over there told us that I have only 1 room. While we had booked 2. Then he told the one room is big enough, as we had no option we had to choose that room, he then told the bed can accommodate 4, 5 people. But it was just suitable for 3. My dad had to sleep the whole night down on the floor. He just provided us a mattress which was folded. He didn't even opened it n put it on the place. This means he sold the rooms booked by us to someone else. And this is not at all for family. Drinks bottle were laying on the floor!

Room was not good at all, dirty and not cleaned

Bathroom not clean and Dhule outer area, breakfast quality not good.

We were senior citizens, reached hotel at 6:30 pm. Reception has to call some one to check if we have booking. Took 20 minutes to confirm. We did not checked in, informed that we will check any time after 9 pm, since we had business in town. Hotel is on main highway. When we returned at 9:30 pm, person at reception had no idea about our booking. Again 15 minutes wasted. They gave option of two rooms to select. First had toilet seat very small. So opted the second. Most horrible bathroom ever for us. Dirty bucket. Hot water only dripping. Toilet very shabby state. Room wad well lit with good ac. But the bed was smaller in length then the mattress. Small size bed cover. There was clear instructions that we will check out in the morning before 7 am. At 6:45 when we checked out there was a other car parked behind our car so that we can not move. It was from another guest from the same hotel. Wasted 15 minutes again.

Took half and hour for checking, after that room wasn't as shown in the pictures, no hot water, it was said hot water will be provided but it's wasn't

Dirty bed, no light on toilet, smelly room. Understand it is an economic stay, but hygiene and housekeeping should be maintained to basic levels at least.

They didn't allow me to check in they given my room to someone else. I already informed that I will check in late but they given room to someone else.

Very well maintained rooms, clean washroom, value for money.

Not interested hotel I was not coming next time in hotel

Nice one stay in hotel and good staff at reception.

I have good experience to stay with this property along with very good food. The staff is very friendly. Recommended for couple stay.
