Nice hotel for my trip. Room was comfortable enough for us. Staff made everything smooth for us during visit.

Good choice for my visit. Room met all my basic requirements. Staff was polite and answered questions we asked.

Very poor ambience. Rooms are not clean and tidy, we could see spider webs on the walls in so called their prime room in the property. Toilet commode has no seat cover :). free breakfast was horrible it was bought from a op n road side vendor nd had to eat on a piece of a paper that it was wrapped in. Tea was also bought in a plastic cover and was served in the paper cup. No cleaning was done at all in the rool even after requesting for the cleaning.

Every employee seemed committed to providing outstanding service. Their dedication to excellence was obvious and appreciated.

This hotel is terrible, located in a slum and no proper lobby. The photos are deceiving. When we went to checking, they denied availability of an A/C room which I fully paid. As the hotel looked shady, I took my kids and went to my friends place. Then called makemytrip for a refund and they said hotel has a room to check you in and denied any refund. A pathetic service from makemytrip and they should be shameful to promote such properties on their platform. Now I will never use makemytrip an again, I switched to Agoda very professional.

this was the worst expirence of my life while booking on mmt hotel was third class and the dirtieast I found No power was there when I reached so lift was not working they told that there is a fault in line electrician will come tomorrow than only power supply will get ok no genrater support found after entring the room found it dirty and uncleaned no help got from hotel than I imedeatly informed service support team

the actual place of stay is not at all the same as images in the pictures given in the make my trip. very small room and congested. there was no proper ventilation and floor was always wet due to deposition of moisture. not clean floors with many weird things fallen on the floor.| hotel illustrated images of facade, location and room is completely different as show in MMT. I booked for 3 days but was forced to move out of the property due to unhygenic place in just one day. please help me get refund back
