worth stay ever had in my lifetime

Pathetic Stay. Bad bugs, earthworm, leakage in washroom, mouse all over roof. Itching and unhygienic. Almost charged 4 time for this disgusting stay.

Didn’t got breakfast after pay the amount and no door lock key given to customer they told call customer care and get refunded

Blankets are not washed properly and not maintain hygienic cleaning for room. Dirty walls and pillows.

Safety was good but only thing i that there was no a/c in the room and its like heater installed, even no air in fan

Location is on road but room is sounds proof with a clean and service staff relative were very good.

Slum area surrounding the hotel. Small congested rooms with no ventilation.

Small and poor rooms, nothing like the pictures they have put up. Not even close.

We booked double cart room for two days. But we got single cart room where not even 2 persons can stay comfortable. More over no room service. And noise disturbance at night hours, some work was going on. We stayed extra 2 hours from checkout time and they charged extra 2 hours.

Ok. Hotel is average. Best in this rate.

Don't ever book this hotel you will repent.
Dirtiest hotel ever, complete waste of money had no option so had to stay in junk for 4 days.

Very dirty area and dirty hotel, also room service is worst even in this summer when I asked room service desk for bottle of water he provided me hot water and when asked for cold water he denied. basically they're not providing Equal facilities to their customers who are coming from make my trip. Worst experience ever.

One of the most terrible experiences one can possibly imagine. Don't go by it's name, nor is it in Sion. It's like on the brink of Dharavi and Sion and you get the best of all the chaos, unhygienic and tiniest squatter to live in. The room measure almost 8'x8' and on top of that only had enough space for a queen sized bed to barely fit. The TV and the bathroom were both namesake and almost funny. We changed 3 rooms for similar reasons such as flush which didn't work, AC which couldn't do any cooling and lastly a toilet which had no wash basin. I found one long, almost 10-13 cm long creepy crawly worm going around the toilet in-spite of washing it away several times. The extra bedding we opted for dirty and had holes in it. The fan kept making weird loud sounds throughout the night and we had to bare with it because the AC couldn't work fine. There're no windows in each room and have tiny ventilators opening into the central corridor from where you can hear almost every audible word across the hotel corridor. All in all, one of the worst experiences I've experienced in any hotel. The only plus point was its proximity to US consulate and our purpose of visa interview was manageable due to the same reason.

Hotel is completely under renovation and dust all around. Too much noise because of renovation. Stayed at 211 room and that is the only room which is completed on 2nd floor remaining all rooms were under renovation. Absolutely horrible experience. Never suggest this hotel to anyone.

I didn't choose bed and breakfast option. Service is good.
Its good, I don't find anything to say badly. But is hard to find the hotel, its very close to Sion local railway station.

Hotel revenue strategy team fools customer, they have clicked the pictures of a mock up room and displayed on websites but when you reach hotel, only get shocked. That the room is absolutely horrible and not a 1% match of the pictures shown on website. I asked the receptionist that this is not the room are booked. The amount you guys charge is not matching your services. Housekeeping is terrible asking us to use previous guest bed linen, looks like they are under renovation. Complete waste of money. Staff person was helpful.

Hotel upgrade is going on and it will take near a month to upgrade best hotel near Sion.

The room provided was totally suffocated without a exhaust fan and when asked about the room to there manager he said this is only what we have. Guys before booking check their room first which is a prime concern at the rate qhich they are charging the room is not worth at all. Terrible whole construction work going in the hotel.

Tea is very costly and all food is costly.
Bed sheet is not clean and room too. Interior was not good, wallpaper not stick and all.
