Hotel O South Paradise

Very bad service and even they charged us extra money for the same room which we booked so they more money

Pls don't even think of staying in this Hotel.When I reached the hotel and told them that I have booked, they simply told they are sold out and no room is available.After lodging complaints with helpline, they talked to their owner, thereafter given me a room.That room should be called Solitary Cell of Jail, no outside light,no air passage,even exhaust fan of bathroom was sealed,it was full of bad smell similar to a mix of carbolic acid & phenyle.Common passge was also clumsy. Source of light was 4 nos 5 watt bulbs.Blanket cover was full of black spots,upholstery of the bed was full of big black dirty spots,tv worked only for few hours, thereafter it shown no network, not solved even after bathroom only basin tap and get sprays were working. Bath section Tap,overhead shower,handshower - nothing was working. As payment was already done and the payment was non refundable, I had to stay for 2 days.If someone is claustrophobic, they may have serious trouble.Overall worst hotel experience of my life.

It was a terrible stay. The staff was rude, kept charging me extra, the room was unhygienic, smelly, & full of big rats. Won’t recommend this to anyone

It's a fine property of you want to stay for a day or so with your partners. If you are planning to stay with family then i wouldn't recommend the same. There were no towels provided, room was not that clean, it was average.

There were cockroaches in the room. It was not clean. The staffs were not cordial and people were not polite.

It's okies. But it could have been better. I did a early morning check in. I didn't have any problem with check in. It's location near by metro. So the transportation id good.

Even with a confirmed booking from mm t i was not given a room. I had to arrange another room in some other hotel in the midnight

No maintenance at all, no service to the guest. No one is there to redress the difficulties , Room service NIL. AC, FAN & other amenities not working properly. This hotel should be closed

we booked them and when we arrived at this oyo they didn’t gave us room and directed to a horrible n dirty hotel nearby. All stained, smelly, no shower, no bucket, bathroom full of cracks n holes, stained towels etc.

This was one of the most horrible experience with mm t booking. We reached the hotel at night just to realise it is no longer operational. There is no one to respond in person or even through the contact number provided by the app after going thru the long iv r call again n again. Will make my trip take the responsibility of listing a hotel which is non-existent and the safety concerns of travellers.

It was very good location for couples

My stay was short but I would rate it average as the hotel should pay some attention towards cleanliness. Fans were dirty, bed linen was terrible. Staff was courteous.

Nice to stay in Greater Kailash, within this hotel with good hospitality.

Very convenient location at low rate. Maintenance is an issue here. No dining hall is a huge drawback.

Please don't book this place if you guys traveling with friends n family this is very unsafe property

Hotel cleanliness is worst. Cockroach is inside the room. Unhygienic hotel.

Poor service, cleanliness level very low. Nothing good except location. Sheets dirty. No towels or toiletries in the bathroom and they did not provide even asking for it multiple times. Room was not ready despite late check-in in the evening. Will not recommend.

Booked 2 rooms, they moved us to another their group hotel. Room 1 was very small, much delayed service especially in the evening/ dinner. It took more than 1 hr, order incomplete, came in parts, cook went off, so can not order additional. Fire in fan, lizard, leaking and water in toilet. Booked 6 night, checked out after 2 night, only partial refund. Pathetic!

We checked in around 8 pm, that day the room we got AC was not working. We shifted to another room next day, whole night we sit at 35+ degree celsus. We told staff that we will leave by 9 in morning, breakfast was never on time. Overall bad experience.

Location was very good. Pleasant surrounding and close to main Road Good was tasty but staff hygiene was not appropriate Service was upto expectations
