Hotel O Sr Residency

Nice hotel. Staying with family is safe, only 4 cars parking facility is available, thats why we parked our car outside. Today morning our car front glass broken we don't know what happend. So don't park car outside the hotel

Booked by paying full amount, even though the property management team asked for extra money for our stay. bed bugs all over the places. worst stay.

Hotel was charging extra for checking in and as per the amenities it should provide ac, geyser, wifi and all which they were not providing, terrible experience!

Room was neat. Washroom was neat but ac is not working properly. Hotel staff not behaving good those who book the room online. They prefer and behave good to those people who walk-in and book in this hotel. Anyway for 1 day stay it is good. Note- you people don't get nice food nearby.

Both the services and response from mm t and the hotel was pathetic. There's no customer services available from mm t to reach and resolve issues. Very bad on mm t part. Once booking is done. Mm t washes off its hand o the services and response. . I will never avail such services and spread out for others to follow suit.
