worst hotel... rude staff.. it is falsely written that breakfast is provided.. .. dirty curtain... no tap in shower... broken wood hanger... it's nightmare.. and said we are taking action... . TV cable was removed in every room... no complimentary mineral water provided..rude and fighting stafff... no support for luggage transfer.. overall worst and not safe to stay

Stay was ok but should improve the things it was clean. But tv was not working. Phone was not working. Wifi was not working. There is no curtains to the window even after request they didn't provide it. Booking for 4 but they provide only two towel even multiple request they didn't gave towels.

The hotel is excellent, boasting a superb location with prompt responses, conveniently situated near the rt c bus stand.

24 hours room service with no arrogances all door boy are good in nature and overall all interior bhut acha tha.
