Hotel O Stellar Resort

I have a hotel booking in Bhubaneswar at Patia which is OYO Stellar Resort. There have mentioned for complementary breakfast and taken extra charges for the same. But hotel Stellar Resort have no fooding arrangement at all. I have a patient with me, who is my mother. We are coming from WB for a better eye treatment in nearest L V PRASAD eye hospital. But everyday I went out for breakfast, lunch and dinner to stay my mother alone in hotel.

The hotel was good. But the tv connection was not working, service was not that good, front desk no. It is not provided to us. No pics

Free breakfast is not given, even after i showed the booking indicating it. Hotel photos and reality are far apart. Inexplicable high rating for the hotel are misleading. Leaking neatness and cleanliness both room and washroom. I think should deploy a surprise check of hotels on random basis. This will keep the hotel management compelled to maintain quality standards.

While booking photos were very beautiful but hotels is not as shown in photo, while booked, breakfast was included in the booking but hotel denied when asked saying that it's was removed way before but still showing in the system. Overall it was very bad experience. I would request if compensation of breakfast payment. And i will never suggest to go for oyo.

This hotel is horrible. From outside it looks good. But inside the rooms condition is terrible. No exhaust fan in toilet. The bed spring is broken. The bed-sheets were smelling horribly bad as if not washed for months. I would say that this hotel needs maintenance. And if there is no breakfast then they should mention it clearly and mm t should also verify all these points. Overall i am never going back to this hotel in future.

Totally unhygienic, rooms and toilet dirty, no fooding arrangement. Not to be recommended at all if make my trip wants to maintain its position among indian travellers

As mentioned my breakfast was included but i didn't get breakfast.

First of all the stay could not be appreciated because of the behaviour and approach of the staffs available in the hotel. No proper services were provide with damaged bathrooms, room locks and un hygiene rooms. Rooms were not cleaned before handing over to us, since, lot of previously used cigarette buds were found in the bathrooms.

Nicely spaced. Also the beds are king sized. Well cleaned. Pillow covers and bedsheets are changed. The room cost was nominal at rs. 700 per day, inclusive of taxes.

Overall the stay was comfortable but i would appreciate if the hotel staffs clean the rooms properly and use clean bed sheets and clean rooms

Food service was not excellent but no doubt it was good. Every staff was good. They behaved very well.
Everything good except the hotel allows drink inside the rooms. People like me are not comfortable with it.

Near exam center. Clean and hygienic room.

The hotel is clean. Room and bathroom is well maintained. Food was costly but tasty. Reception facility is also good.
