Extremely dirty and smelly washroom. Curtains seem not washed for ages. Bedsheets dirty. Insects all around the beds.

Facilities are very poor at this place

*Absolutely horrifying experience – avoid at all costs!* The bathroom was infested with cockroaches crawling freely, accompanied by spider webs hanging in every corner and spiders lurking around. The pipes were completely clogged, taps broken, and disgusting clumps of hair were scattered everywhere. The entire room was filthy and reeked of neglect. To make matters worse, the light bulb was broken, and shockingly, when I turned on the shower, water started flowing directly into the bulb socket – an extremely dangerous electrical hazard that could easily result in electrocution. This place isn’t just unsanitary – it’s a serious threat to your safety. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, not even for free. It's beyond pathetic – it should be shut down

I had booked a deluxe room but was given a classic room They were asking for extra charges for the deluxe room

Rooms are very dirty and unhygienic,service is very very bad, no dental and shaving kits available,the bad and towel are worst and turn condition.

Toilet and bathroom are so dirty even flush is also not working lizard with their babies also enjoying in the room

Room not clean floor so dirty / cocroch on room floor / very bad experience / i will never book this type hotel. Room service person not doing clean my room/ room telephone not working / my advise please not book any one this type hotel. Very good morning very bad expricne. Hygiene: very bad food: extremely costly taps of bathroom dont work with drain are blocked. Simply pathetic. If you will ask for water then they will come 1 hr. The ac room ac works so bad that in august month anybody can have sweat all the time. Very arrogant staff

Hotel receptionist charged 500rs extra during checkin they said our room price is 1700 for deluxe if you want to stay then pay the difference amount

The stay was quite good. But the service was not upto the mark. Call response was late. There was no geyser in bathroom. Apart from that everything was good

They charge extra amount

1. the hotel charged me extra for check-in. same issue i had faced before also.. i would like a compensation for the extra amount charged to me by the hotel

Hotel was in very bad shape, in bathroom taps were not working. Tiles were torn, in room wooden work on wall was broken, only one boy available for service. Asked morning tea came in 45 min. Stay was horrible. They should first renovate the hotel then give booking. Our money is hard earned. Above all refused to give breakfast. Intiaaly they were refusing to give room saying we have no tie up with make my trip

When we checked into the hotel, the underground parking was really pathetic. It was full of dust and cement. Our wedding clothes got dirty like anything. Next we reached reception for check in only to know that the hotel has got some issue with OYO and we have to make a fresh booking with higher amount. They suggested me to speak with OYO. All of this was happening when I was already too late for the function. I requested them not to do this and provide me the room as per my reservation. But they denied. Since I had no option, I had to pay higher amount that too without receipt. Next thing was even more horrible. The room was full of cockroaches when I returned to my room from wedding. The bed and even my eatables had cockroaches. I complained the staff and asked to change my room or get the Baygon spray. They denied both of them. I had to check out of this hotel one day earlier than scheduled. These OYOs strategically call guest with low rates online and then fo this cheap stuff to their guest. If you want to have a peaceful stay, never ever go to this Hotel Subhadra Residency or any OYO for that matter.

Please refund my money. Hotel authority charge 600 extra

They have charged extra 250 rupees other thin booking price. There was mosquitoes in the room. Television was not working. Toilet was not clean.

it was good hotel but they charged extra money which thankfully makemytrip sent to my account... thankyou make.my.trip...
