Ac was not working, shower was plugged, counter person was soft in nature, delivery of food was satisfactory.

The hotel asked me to pay extra charges.

Didn't get the room till 5 p. M. No one was taking responsibility for this situation, mmt was also not helping me

Good hotels for family and good staff booking time it’s breakfast inducting but it’s hotel manager saying it’s breakfast not available in this price

I was denied check in at the hotel, the worst part was mmt failed to help and didn't even revert back

Hotel person was not ready to give us the room as they said that room is booked ac by app and its their fault we will not provide the room and forced us to cancel l it and it was not refundable. So we requested them for 1 hrs to not cancel l and provide whatever normal room is available as there is one heart patient with us. Its very terrible.

Bathroom was not good. In room cockroaches are there. Not took pictures

Staff was not polite. Paid extra after reaching the hotel for ac rooms. No complimentary water, had to pay extra for water. Bathroom door not working properly. Tv not working!

The manager at the reception denied an AC room while checking in. Had to call up the helpline and wait for almost 30 mins to get the matter resolved. backend teams did the necessary transactions with the hotel to finally allow my check in

Despite booking hotel has asked for payment stating payment issue. After an argument we got the room The booking was with breakfast but we have informed the booking is of room only & you will not get any breakfast & water bottle. Got help during medical emergency but haven't received the return change paid for medicines. Have no issue about that but that is not the proper way of service.

I am breckfast add on my booking but hotel say you order on swggy and zomato. And extra charges 200 i give the hotel because hotel say i am not type with meckmytrip.

Affordable stay, good parking space. Room quality could have been better. Restaurants closeby overall good experience

When i checked in the guy on the counter said next time dont pay online we won't accept. i entered my room it was full of dirt even the wash room was not smelling good after that the bed were making noises i don't know why my experience here was not good.

Stayed for a night here. Rooms are big and were clean. The matress was also clean. Bathrooms could have been slightly cleaner - but overall was quite okay for this price. Good for a short transit stay.

Cleanliness in everything, well maintained, appreciate the level of service.

Spent a night here, didn't get good ambience, RO water, food availability at night, room's condition was pretty ordinary. Do not recommend to quality lovers. No parking space, amenities available except free wifi and breakfast. Even The bathroom door didn't have closing knob. Tv didn't have any HD Channel. Pathetic overall experience. Even good night refill was not filled. Mosquitoes played DJ in The room throughout The night.
