I booked through mmt, worst experience ever. The room and washroom both were in very bad shape, no cleaning, dirty bedsheets. Even i paid 250 extra.

There was no blanket available, bucket was not available in bathroom also the staff was able to arrange it, cleanliness was almost same as on footpath but if someone wants to achieve ones in a lifetime experience of sleeping on footpath than it's worth full

Rude and arrogant receptionist but good servants

Starting from good the cook and the cleaner or helper was very good and polite but the reception guy was very rude and arrogant. Many people see behavior first, I know the reason for this attitude and ego. Room was messed up and dirty. Bedsheet and blanket was dirty, I changed the room then also it with dirty and washroom was very small and dirty. Not given me soap and all until I asked them to give.

About payment

Rude attitude about paying online payment. Manager was saying that he will not allow to check in because I had done online payment. Later with his cold face and rude attitude allowed to check in. He also said that couple are not allowed in this hotel although when I was booking online it was mentioned that couple is allowed

Towels were wet, Bedsheet was in bad condition, there was no dustbin in the room and T.V runs for 30-40 minutes after that cable had gone.
