denied for check in and demand extra money 500 , when I tell about costumer care then he provided a non AC darty room where as I booked a ac room. after 2.5 hour costumer care transfer my book to other hotel.

I have booked a room per hotel when I went to check in at the hotel, they said that we do not accept online payment. He said that you have to pay extra money.. When I agreed to pay extra money, he started talking rudely with me.. I would request all of you not to book rooms at this hotel...First Time in my life Very Bad Experience.... 🙏
