Hotel O View Point Resort

I had the worst experience in this hotel. Servicing was so poor. Electricity was not there, we were not able to even charge our phones, the blanket was so dirty. The only thing you like about this hotel is the view from this hotel. That was mesmerizing, no one can forget that. Though i am not happy with my stay.

It was okay the bedsheet and carpet in the room was old it wasn't even like in the pictures the geyser was also not working the only good thing was the view it had and the parantha were also good

Staff was good outside view was also good but no balcony food was good but the hotel was at too high altitude tou can’t go without any vehicle

I recently stayed at a hotel and had a very good experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally good, displaying a high level of friendliness and professionalism. They were always ready to assist with any requests and made me feel very welcome. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and i would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Hi i find this hotel from make my trip, but hotel information is totally wrong, around 2. 5 km distance of this hotel from mall road, no any cab service provide by hotel, no one accepted to go for this location, because it's on top, hotel is very poor, just like a normal home, wrist experience never suggest to any one to book this hotel as around nearest to this if cab service is not available, one time cost is 500 to 700 for reached the hotel from mall road.

Hotel location is awesome but the road to hotel will be better if you are not skilled driver than its difficult to reach the hotel. Staff is very supportive and always available but food in hotel is not up to the mark. Hotel is in very peaceful area if you want to stay away from crowd than its perfect stay.

The rooms were small and the geyser was not working properly but the view and food compensated for all this.

We can't find that and there was nobody to help

Property location good. Around view of hotel is good. Hotel is near snow poit and it is so far from lake and its high from ground. But transportation is not available early to hotel. Available transportation is so costly. Like car and bike. It's become costly. Compare to hotel near lake.
