Terrible Stay

The experience was extremely bad starting with checkin itself 1. The staff said we don't have any confirmation for booking even though they had it with them. Even after seeing the booking, he said i can't allow you to check-in as i don't know how much you paid. 2. Washrooms were really dirty. 3. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room. 4. Sorroundings were really bad.

Overall it's satisfactory but need updating of facility like tv, etc. It's seems to be new hotel and no space in reception also which attracts customer.
