They are not allocating the rooms with what they showed first they gave mini compressed room later they showed non ac room and they are asking extra money for that to allocate that room. I had extra 400 to them to take the room.

And the room look like toilet 600 took u giving not like living room

Stay ambiance was good in starting but the bed was fully stained by something, cockroaches were roaming around, i was so frustrated because of the bed condition because it was looking like sperm stains, which made the room sop uncomfortable, the bathroom facilities were poor, not spacious and the faucets were too old and the feel of them are so poor.

the behaviour of the receptionist was very rude even though I booked after arriving at the property he says rooms are full , you can talk to customer support if you want....my room was booked I paid though I waited for 1 hour after speaking with manager he resolved issue but it was very terrible and nightmare....

They didn't agree with my booking. They said who will give the lowest hotel cost. Finally they provide a staff room to stay.

We booked two rooms, but the manager told us there were only one available room. At that night we have to accommodated in one room. Paid for two rooms got one, thank you makemytrip for gifting a terrible experience.

Worst. 1 - hotel is demanding extra money 300 for normal room and given a lousy room. Telling that if mm t is giving that rate ask them. This is our rate and we are not responsible if they are giving at less rate. You should have some understanding with hotel before declaring the rate. I wont book in mm t hereafter.

Quality of room was very bad, first he was giving sin-gal room and he asked for more money, when we call make my trip he resolve the issue

I paid 820 for 3 person through makemy trip app. After i reach apartment they ask me another 500 rupees. Very very worst service

The room was very bad the price we paid. Not maintained properly. Property people not cooperating. Makemytrip call centre did not give us the phone number to contact the property when we reached chennai as well as was not cooperative at. We were stranded for almost 40 min to find the location. Overall our experience was very bad. We do not recommend this accommodation as well as request makemytrip also not to recommend this property.

Hygiene was poor. Though it was written alcohol and smoking was prohibited but it was there in other rooms and smell came in our room as well . And bed was not clean and washed.

Very dirty and facilities also not good and some are unavailable
