Hotel room is too small and the TV and AC were not working when we reached and the room was also not ready for guest use. After we reached, we needed to ask for all these things but the staff is good and did all things which is good.

The room was maintained well, but the windows can be easily opened by anyone. There is no lock on the windows, which was scary and made me feel unsafe.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is not in a good shape. No window in the room and no exhaust in the bathroom. One of the wings of the hotel has a constant noise from an giant exhaust fan making it impossible to sleep. The breakfast was barely edible.
